I wanted to stop and take the time to thank you. I have been overweight for 20 years. The bypass made me able to move and go outside. Over the years I have learned to hide my weight by clothes, dressing in the dark, etc., but this surgery has been such a boost to my confidence. I know God will forgive me because I can now look in the mirror. Wearing skimpy tops and shorts is like when I was 20 years old again. The surgery has given me so much confidence and a new attitude. I cannot believe it is me in the mirror and how this has changed my life. I am so grateful to be young and slim. The bypass got me moving, but the surgery made life great. Thank you again.

Omg. I am so happy with the results of my tummy tuck. It was worth all the pain and every penny. I feel and look at least 10 years younger. My clothes fit again. I actually like getting up and getting dressed in the morning. Dr. Poggi and his staff are the greatest.
Absolutely the best! I am a bit of an overly anxious patient but Dr Poggi and his staff put me at ease during all of my pre-op and post-op appointments. Very professional and takes extreme pride in his work and it definitely shows! Dr is not happy unless you're happy. After losing quite a bit of weight from the gastric sleeve PROCEDURE, I was left with hanging skin that made me feel self conscious and not be able to fully appreciate the weight I had lost. Dr poggi made sure to go over the best options for my body and the results I wanted to achieve. I appreciated the fact that he was enthusiastic and KNOWLEDGEABLE about the procedures that were AVAILABLE to me. I never felt rushed and my questions and concerns were always addressed. I am totally in love with my new appearance. I no longer try to hide my body under baggy clothing and layers, Thank you for helping give me back my CONFIDENCE!
Dr Poggi made sure to give me a thorough explanation of all of my options and provided references of his work to back it up. From the minute i walked in for my first consultation, his knowledge and passion for what he does was evident. I felt valued as a patient and comfortable though the entire process. Consult - scheduling - procedure - recover follow up and all of the phone calls in between were flawless. Communication and bedside manor from Dr. Poggi is top notch. Celeste and the rest of the ladies in the clinic are an absolute pleasure to work with. Dr. Poggi performed an arm lift on me in November 2017. I have hated my arms since my 125 lb weight loss. My arms look fabulous now. No loose skin and you can see my muscle. I have a thin scar that is not noticeable at all. Dr. Poggi made a dream come true for me!

I had a gastric by-pass in May 2001, I have lost 160 lbs. and managed to keep it off. I waited a long time to ensure I would keep the weight off before I went down the road of skin removal. Dr. Poggi and his staff were recommended to me by both my doctor and friends who were patients of his. Dr. Poggi and his staff are truly amazing to work with, they are kind, caring and there for you anytime you need them. So far, I have had the excess skin removed from my legs and the body contour completed and I am looking forward to this year to having the excess skin removed from my arms. I highly recommend Dr. Poggi and his staff if you are looking for a compassionate, caring group who have the highest quality and standards you will find in the Wichita area.
What can i say about Dr. Poggi? He has an interesting sense of humor and made my daughter and I laugh each and every time we went to see him. He'll tell you like it is, good or bad, I get the impression his very nice nurse has to smack him upside the head every once in a while just on general purposes and he performs plastic surgery like an art form. He gave this 58 year old grandmother and mother of four the abdomen of a sixteen year old. After 4 months of looking at my before and after pictures, I still can't wrap my head around how he was able to accomplish this. Now the rest of my body is very jealous. Thanks for everything Dr. Poggi.
Dr. Poggi is amazing! After breast cancer and after a not so ideal reconstruction procedure I had done out of state, he was able to fix my breasts back to where they should have been. He performed an amazing job to where I am not ashamed to show his work or to look at myself in the mirror again! I definitely refer him often. I was so pleased that I also agreed to a tummy tuck as well and again was very satisfied by his work. I would definitely see him again for more work in the future, He is the only one I trust!
Dr. Poggi removed a melanoma from my leg. During my first appointment with him, he alleviated my fears. I was convinced that I was going to die before the surgery took place. The surgical site required skin grafts. It took 2 mos for the healing to be "complete". During that time period, the high points of my life were my visits to his clinic. Everyone made me feel welcome and I was treated with care and !!great!! humor. special thanks to Dr. Poggi, Celeste, Sarah, Lucy (an entlebucher mountain dog) and one of her pups, Aspen. I will miss all of them.
In less than two years I lost half my body weight through diet alone. This left me with loose skin that was uncomfortable. I researched plastic surgeons in Wichita and had consultations scheduled with Dr. Poggi and another surgeon. After meeting the staff at Poggi Plastic Surgery, I felt an immediate connection so cancelled the second consultation.
There is a fair amount of emotional angst when facing reconstruction. Dr. Poggi, Celeste and Sarah were encouraging and compassionate. I always felt completely listened to and all my expectations were completely addressed.
I had three separate surgeries within 7 months, per my choice. The first was a 360 Body Lift with a abdominoplasty. The second was a medial thigh lift, and the third was a brachioplasty. My recovery was without complications and I am ecstatic with the results. I get to live life as a size 4, thanks to a gifted surgeon. I didn’t expect perfection but I came close.
My only regret is in not having a reason to continue seeing these wonderful people who were so instrumental in my transformation. I am grateful.
I never thought in my life i would be one to get an abdominoplasty. However, when i mentioned My self consciousness to Dr. Poggi about my tummy area, he had the best way of describing various options. Never forceful or pushy in suggesting one or other and did a great job of laying out all the information that would help me. With the information he gave, I felt good about my decision of getting one. From the point I made my decision until my last check-up, Dr. Poggi and Celeste have done an absolutely amazing job of taking care of me. My tummy looks absolutely perfect! I never thought i would see such a perfect, flat, firm belly on my body...ever! But I see it everyday now! And I have Dr. Poggi and Celeste to thank everyday for it! Thank you so much for everything! I will forever be grateful for the confidence and happiness you gave me through this procedure!

I am an surgical nurse (operating) and i knew what a talented and caring doctor and ARNP Dr. Poggi and Celeste are. For my 60th birthday, I had a breast reduction (wonderful results) then at 66 i have had the Belt lipectomy (lower body lift).
I am beyond thrilled With the results! I look better than I did in my 30s! It is my new phase of retirement (currently).

I came to your practice because my family doctor recommended you. He said you are known for performing excellent work. During my consult appointment I met Celeste (your Nurse Practitioner), and yourself. I asked you about getting a tummy tuck, and after examining me you recommended a lower body lift instead, which I agreed with and you ultimately completed. I am 11 weeks post-surgery today, and I want to tell you how profoundly grateful I am for what you and your staff have done for me. I have had no complications, my incision line is as perfect and symmetrical as it could possibly be, my belly button is now a thing of beauty, my new body shape is wonderful, and all the healing is progressing very nicely. But, as wonderful as those things are, they are only part of what inspires the gratitude. Perhaps the greater inspiration is this: The spirit of your practice nourishes the spirits of your patients. Coming to see Dr. Poggi had been the best decision ever! Wanted to get rid of extra skin and have a buttock and thigh lift with liposuction! Dr. Poggi did outstanding work!
