Your initial consultation with Dr. Poggi is a vital foundation for building our relationship with you. During your first visit we obtain your medical history and give you time to get to know Dr. Poggi. You can discuss your concerns with him and he will review the options available to address those concerns. Please read through this page to be better prepared for your consultation. You will find below a map and directions to our office, office hours and more. You can even save time at your first visit by printing and filling out the patient forms below.
